鸵鸟输精方法初探Study of Artificial Insemination in Ostrich

摘要(Abstract)：
采用手臂引导法给５只鸵鸟进行阴道内输精,共输精１６次,并在２周内收蛋１７枚,其中有受精蛋８枚,受精率为５０%,经孵化获得雏鸟７只。试验初步认为,对母鸵鸟进行训练后,用此方法进行输精是可行的;对鸵鸟这样大型的鸟类,进行阴道浅部输精效果较好。
