摘要(Abstract)：
从广东某珍珠鸡场发病死亡的初产珍珠鸡肝脏中分离到一株细菌,经培养特性与生化特性观察,以致病性试验和血清型鉴定,结合其16S rRNA序列分析,判定其为大肠杆菌。这是一株不发酵乳糖的致病性大肠杆菌。
