摘要(Abstract)：

猪圆环病毒3型(Porcine circovirus 3,PCV3)是2016年首次在美国报道的一种新的猪圆环病毒。之后,中国、波兰、韩国、丹麦、意大利和西班牙等国家陆续报道PCV3单独或混合感染的检测,引起研究人员的广泛关注。目前认为PCV3与母猪繁殖障碍、发热、呼吸系统疾病以及多系统炎症等有一定的相关性,且检测报道预示PCV3会引起新生仔猪先天性震颤和心肌炎等临床疾病。但PCV3确切致病机理仍需进一步调查研究。文中主要对PCV3基因组序列的特点、感染检测和致病性相关报道进行综述,为PCV3流行病学调查和致病机理研究提供参考。
