热休克蛋白的研究进展Advanceson Heat Shock Protein

摘要(Abstract):
热休克蛋白(Heatshock proteins,HSP),是生物受到环境中物理、化学、生物、精神等刺激时产生应激反馈而合成的蛋白质。作为进化保守的蛋白家族之一,普遍存在于各种生物体中,并在生物体内发挥着重要的生理功能。HSP因具有丰富强大的分子伴侣、抗应激、调节细胞凋亡、抗氧化、参与机体免疫等生物学功能,决定了其广泛的用途。大量的试验表明,近年来HSP在相关领域的应用研究已获得了重要的突破与进展,特别是在疾病免疫和药物开发中的应用研究。文中在阐明HSP分子调控的基础上,综述了近年来热休克蛋白家族(HSP90、HSP70、HSP60和小分子HSP)在功能和应用方面的研究进展,为进一步完善对HSP的研究提供一定的参考。
