犬细小病毒病实验室诊断方法研究进展Advance in Laboratory Diagnostic Methods for Canine Parvovirus Disease

摘要(Abstract):
犬细小病毒病是由犬细小病毒(Canine parvovirus,CPV)引起的一种急性、烈性传染病。通过分析犬细小病毒病现有的诊断手段,对犬细小病毒病的预防和控制具有重大意义。目前常用的犬细小病毒病监测指标主要包括CPV、CPV DNA、CPV抗原、抗-CPV抗体。核酸监测由于快速,方便操作、灵敏的特点,被认为是实验室常用诊断手段,也是"金标准",对发病或隐性带毒犬都有特别的优势。CPV抗原作为现症感染指标、抗-CPV抗体作为现症感染和既往感染的指标,基于此建立的ELISA、胶体金试纸条大大节约了检测时间。文中将从犬细小病毒免疫原诊断以及分子生物学诊断两方面将其实验室诊断方法的研究进展进行综述。
